ABOUT CAP AND MO
CapSAICIN
Capsaicin is an active component from various capsicums (peppers) that gives peppers their distinct heat levels. The higher the levels of capsaicin in a pepper, the higher the levels of heat. The Scoville scale is a rating system for just how hot peppers can be.
At Cap and Mo, we believe in celebrating capsaicin, and that’s why we’ve highlighted it first in our name. We like to create unique mixes of heat and distinct flavors, with recipes across all levels of the Scoville scale, from mild sauces all the way to super crazy hot batches.
Test your taste buds with our wide variety of heat levels!

molasses
Our founder grew up in the Southern US, where most bbq sauces feature molasses in some form. For us and so many others, molasses is a staple ingredient when it comes to bbq. At Cap and Mo, we believe molasses deserves its own distinction, and that’s why we’ve made it one of the cornerstones of our brand identity.
Whether it’s for a competition or just an evening spent grilling at home, our lineup of BBQ sauces create endless possibilities for any meal!
